I read in the Enterprise that the builder is having a hard time finding the funding? And the reason why the city had to act was that the owner hasn't been able to get the project moving. The plan looks nice though, hopefully they will make it happen.
I know the Enterprise building project took a long time to come to fruition, but it looks fantastic!
Now that the old Kresge's is torn down are they still planning on making the new building look like it? That would be very nice.

yup, they're gonna do all kinds of research and consulting on early 20th century art deco ... because brockton has certainly been at the fore of resurrecting the aesthetic beauty of its old buildings against a city rife with crime, violence, homelessness, unemployment and drugs

This one filled me with at least a little hole that we could do actual urban building.
Hopefully if moves forward with a similar program.
Just a shame to lose a historic building. But that's what happens when you let things fall into disrepair.
