They watch the amount of money a person pulls out of their wallet or money clip. They watch the amount of groceries you purchased and if you used a welfare card or not. They know the type of car you drive. That's all they need to know. You have become a target.
This S&S has lost customers in my estimation. It also confirms my belief that shopping outside of Brockton is safer and far more courteous.
You are not allowed to park or even stand your car in a fire lane. I know people do it all the time for inlaws and I can understand that. I have seen people do that and then find a spot. I am more concerned when the person leaves the car in the fire lane or parks in a handicapp spot. I am taking pictures of cars who have no people in them and are parked in the fire lane or handicapped spot. As far as I am concerned the man should sue Stop n Shop they should have security cameras and When they are busy they should have to hire a cop. It is a sad City we live in When a buisness that attracts customers also attracts criminals and we are at the place were if you want to do buisness in BRockton you need to hire a cop, period no question asked. The way we will attract buisness back to Brockton and people is by making it safe, Tell that to Mayor Bellzotti.

The store won't hire a cop, and I cannot imagine why the city won't put someone there. Photo and ticket photo and ticket ka-ching ALL day long!
Might even nab a local City Councilor - who's acknowledged doing it too.
